We believe that a diet should be manageable for life, which is why we preach the 80-20 rule - 80% nutrient dense whole foods and 20% of whatever you like! We find this to be sustainable, which produces steady results as opposed to the classic peaks and troughs of yo-yo dieting. If you've struggled in the past with not being able to stick to a plan, chances are the plan just wasn't right for you! We don't need to go to extreme lengths to see results, little changes here and there add up, which over time create lasting changes on the body.

We've kept the majority of recipe ingredients simple enough to shop for at any supermarket. However buying certain items online such as liquid egg whites can certainly save time and money! A small amount of recipes do contain protein powder, however there are substitutions.

Absolutely! The recipes can be followed, or you can take your recommended calorie guide and create your own meals. There are no set meal times/amount of meals - that is all down to you.

We believe in volume eating. This essentially means adding plenty of low calorie dense foods to meals, high in fibre and lean protein to help you feel full all day. You'll be surprised how big your meals are!
