OUR NAMES ARE KASEY and ROSIE - FOUNDERS OF MARINE FIT, and max our new coach. we’re PASSIONATE ABOUT FITNESS and LIVe ON THE BEAUTIFUL ISLE OF WIGHT.
Our ambition is to provide a fitness service guided by the ethos and values learnt within the Corps and our various professional sporting backgrounds. After seeing the constant frustration from people who have been caught by false marketing and fad ‘yoyo’ diets, We’ve been passionate to help people achieve and maintain their goals using simple guidance for a fitter and healthier lifestyle. We’re not here for short term fixes. But to help people achieve a realistic sustainable change to be fitter and healthier for life and to prepare for upcoming physical challenges.

During my time in the Corps I have seen and experienced health and fitness from many unique perspectives. Aside from the demanding nature of military fitness both mentally and physically, I have also actively programmed and coached the 40 Cdo Functional gym, participated and won the 40 Cdo Functional Fitness Championships, coached the conditioning aspect for the 40 Cdo Boxing Team, competed as part of the RM Reorg Functional Fitness team against well known fitness ambassadors, and provided nutritional support and fitness plans for Commandos looking to further develop their athleticism and physical prowess for general health and/or special forces aspirations.

My gymnastic and competitive swimming past has provided a solid basis to share methods with those who are looking to improve their functional fitness and all round health. As well as using tried and tested techniques, I'm always on the lookout for new exciting ways to exercise, keeping the fitness fun and fresh. So expect plenty of variety in phys sessions! I enjoy engine training and weight lifting, with plenty of accessory work to keep my body on its toes. I follow a healthy balanced (and most importantly sustainable!) diet and will always be available to give a helping hand towards nutritional advice.

Boxing Experience with 15+ years

I have been involved in sport from a very young age playing football and coaching abroad in Spain and America. I have 15 years of boxing experience training from the age of 10, as well as 4 years of CrossFit training, with the last year competing at high level competitions across the country. I am so excited to be offering 1-1 personal training for all levels, group sessions as well as boxing padwork fitness and skills. Whatever your goal is; from sport specific training, to learning new skills, loosing weight and feeling fit, happy and confident in yourself, I will do everything I can to help you achieve your goals!
